A scientific study has shown that every thirty minutes of exercise you do adds three hours to your lifespan. So, if you exercise for an hour each day, you will see your life extended by years. Beyond increasing life expectancy, exercise simply allows you to have much better health.
Two people with the same weight and body type, where one exercises regularly and the other does not, will have a significant difference not only in terms of disease but also in quality of life.
We say this every day, but I think many still neglect it. Don’t wait until you get sick to take action; you need to be proactive. Start exercising, it’s more than urgent, it will save your life.
